The Pink Papaya Policies
Must cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid late charges. If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No Call/No Show appointments will be charged the entirety of the service(s). All appointment’s booked online or via phone must have a card on file. We do not charge the card unless our appointment policies are broken.
More then 10 minutes late to an appointment will result in a cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the service.
